Return & Refund Policy

At Nevanthi Organics, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Photo evidence of the damaged/defective item and packaging must be provided.

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at nevantiorganics@gmail.com

• Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We are unable to honor claims reported after the 24-hour window or without supporting photo evidence.
